Who we are

LumaNail Inc. makes the first and only orange roofing nails. Our website is https://lumanail.com and our mailing address is 448 Thorn Creek Rd., Labadie, MO 63055, USA.

What we collect

Inquiry and dealer forms: when you submit our contact, purchase, or dealer inquiry form we collect the details you provide — your name, company, email, phone number, and what you're interested in — so we can respond.

Branch requests: when you ask a distributor branch to carry LumaNail through our branch locator, we collect your name, email, and message so the request can be passed to that branch.

Newsletter: if you subscribe to product updates we collect your email address for that purpose only.

How we use it

We use the information you send us to answer your inquiry, process your order or dealer request, pass your stocking request to the branch you selected, and — if you subscribed — send occasional product updates. That's it.

What we don't do

We don't sell or rent your information. We don't run third-party advertising trackers on this site. We only share what you submit with the people needed to act on it (for example, the distributor branch you asked us to contact).

Retention and your choices

We keep submissions for as long as we need them to serve you and our legitimate business records. You can unsubscribe from product updates at any time, and you can ask us to correct or delete your information by contacting us below.

Text messages

If you tick the text-message box on one of our forms, we use your mobile number to text you about your enquiry, your orders and occasional offers. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. The full terms are in our Text Messaging Terms.

We do not sell, rent or share your mobile number or your text-message consent with anyone for their own marketing. We share them only with the service providers that deliver our messages.
